Dave grew up on a farm in north central North Dakota. Dave has been employed in the seed industry since 1978 starting with Arrowhead. Dave has been instrumental in the growth of the company, serving in many different capacities since he helped start the company in 1985. Dave is the corporate Vice President, oversees the processing, shipping and receiving of all products at Agassiz Seeds. Dave and his wife Alice of 44 short years both grew up in Northern North Dakota. They moved to the Fargo area in 1973 and made this area their home. Dave & Alice have 3 sons with 3 daughters-in-law’s, that have blessed them with 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters; which they love to spend as much time with as they can. In their spare time, they enjoy playing with their grandkids, motorcycle trips, and Bison Football Tailgating.
